Faustina at The Cooper Square Hotel reflects Chef Scott Conant’s simple, soulful approach to Italian cuisine coupled with his knack for pairing the casual with the refined. The restaurant was inspired by Conant’s appreciation for how different cultures approach Italian food, and his dishes are at once familiar and modern.
Offerings include cannelloni with burrata and baby tomatoes; black truffle risotto with egg and sea urchin; Mediterranean octopus with fingerling potatoes and olive oil; fried chicken with porcini and potato stufato; and balsamic glazed pork spare ribs with tomato chutney.
The front café and bar welcomes walk-in guests. Reservations are accepted in the main dining room and for our communal table which seats 12.
